Skylark Football Club was established on 7 February 2021. The club took part in the Pioneer League (U-15) in 2021. Club journey in this season end in the quarter final.
2022
Skylark Football Club merged with Araf Sporting Club from Dhaka Third Division Football League and get the permission from Bangladesh Football Federation to participate in the Dhaka U17 Third Division Football league 2022-23.
2022-23
Skylark Football Club participated in the Dhaka U17 Third Division Football League 2022-23 and secure third position.
